Logo Infusion, Inc. offers various promotional coupon codes and website discounts. All coupon codes must be applied at checkout, as we are unable to modify an order once it has been placed. If you have any questions regarding the validity of a coupon code, please contact info@logoinfusion.com prior to completing your purchase.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, coupon codes are valid for most orders placed on our website. If any coupon code or discount does not apply to all products, we will provide clear disclosure.
Website discounts, when available, will be automatically applied at checkout and do not require a code. Certain website discounts may be subject to restrictions based on customer groups and may not be available to wholesale customers.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES
Due to the custom nature of all products sold on logoinfusion.com, all orders are final and non-cancelable. Production of custom items begins immediately upon order placement. This includes READY-2-SHIP items, which are fulfilled directly from warehouse inventory. Customers must review their order carefully before submission, as modifications cannot be made after an order has been placed.
ONLINE ORDER STATUS UPDATES
Customers will receive email notifications as their order progresses through the fulfillment process. Order statuses may include, but are not limited to:
- Awaiting Fulfillment – Order has been received.
- Order in Production Process – Items requiring decoration or manufacturing are being processed.
- Partially Shipped – Some items in the order have shipped, while others remain in production.
- Shipped – The order has been fully processed and dispatched.
COLOR MATCHING DISCLAIMER
Dye-sublimation printing is a heat-based process that applies dyes to 100% polyester fabric at approximately 400°F. Due to the sensitivity of this process to environmental factors and equipment conditions, minor variations in color may occur. As a result, Logo Infusion, Inc. does not guarantee exact color matching. The images displayed on our website are representations of the intended design and may differ slightly from the final product.
For stock jerseys, names added to the back will follow the jersey’s existing color scheme. For example, if the logos are black with a white stroke, any added names will also be black with a white stroke.
INFORMATION ACCURACY POLICY
Logo Infusion, Inc. makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, names, and sizing information provided on logoinfusion.com are accurate. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations may occur. If a customer believes they have received an item that does not match the description, they should refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for further guidance.
VIRTUAL SAMPLE POLICY
Purchases made through logoinfusion.com are not eligible for virtual samples. However, Logo Infusion, Inc. provides detailed product descriptions, including information on jersey designs, color schemes, and name addition fonts, on each product page.
JERSEY PRODUCT THUMBNAILS
All jerseys displayed on logoinfusion.com are shown with a SASH collar by default. Selecting a different collar style will not alter the product thumbnail. Customers may refer to the designated reference images to view alternative collar styles.

The Logo Infusion, Inc. mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Logo Infusion, Inc. (“Logo Infusion, Inc.”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. By consenting to Logo Infusion, Inc.’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Logo Infusion, Inc. through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Logo Infusion, Inc.. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to +1 (888) 569-4244 or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Logo Infusion, Inc. mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.
